Rhaela Targaryen
Widow to Vaenor the Uncrowned, Queen Rhaela had perhaps the most freedom of any of the Queens for having bonded to Silverwing during the reign of Aelyx I. She often flew with King Baelon and Balerion enjoying the rides as one true distraction from her circumstances. Some in court whispered that because of this she is the closest of Baelon's Queens and did not carry the burden of being a true ‘black bride.’ Still, despite the freedom of a Dragon and family in far off lands, the ever present danger that is King Baelon kept Rhaela on a short leash, and her place as a Targaryen and all the history that comes with being a Princess of the house of the Dragon left her distant from the courtiers that flocked so quickly to the Ladies that became Queens. Muddled circumstances have lead her to the Court Across the Sea, rejoining her family with a hope to avenge Vaenor, herself, and rescue her daughters if she can.
